An old one-room schoolhouse on Highway 89 in Peeples Valley holds the memories of students who rode ponies through all types of weather to get there and weren't allowed to stay hone because of a bit of bad weather. The Peeples Valley-Yarnell Historical Society will conduct a storytelling Saturday about the old schoolhouse.
